Old Niger Road – Hanicker Mountain Hut
Start at the valley station of the convertible cable car in Tiers. Just above, at the large parking lot, the Old Niger Pass Road begins. Follow this road at a gentle gradient all the way up to the Niger Pass.
From the pass, take the main road downhill towards Tiers for about two kilometers. At the 8th hairpin bend, the trail to the Hanicker Alm branches off to the right. Here, you leave the road and follow the well-paved, easily rideable path through the quiet mountain landscape until you reach your destination.

Seiser Alm Mountain Hut Tour
The tour starts in Compatsch. From here, follow the paved road towards the Panorama top station until it transitions into a well-maintained forest road. Enjoying impressive panoramic views of the Dolomites, you pass the Edelweißhütte, Almrosenhütte, and Molignon Refuge (Schutzhaus Molignon).
Following a descent and a second climb along the Zallingerweg, the route leads past the Tirler Alm to Berggasthof Zallinger. Next, head towards Monte Pana: the first section of the descent is very rocky and technically demanding. After that, the path widens, leading down the valley with magnificent views of the Langkofel and Plattkofel mountains. Passing the Saltner Schwaige, you reach Saltria and return to Compatsch via the alpine road.

Schnaggenkreuz Loop
The tour starts in Tiers. From here, first follow the main road towards Prösels and continue to Völs am Schlern. Passing through Völser Aicha, you reach the hamlet of Ums. In Ums, the route briefly leads uphill before you turn onto a forest road at the sawmill. This road winds up the slopes of the Tschafon to the Schnaggenkreuz. There, it is worth taking a break or making a short detour to the nearby Oachner Weiher pond.
Afterwards, continue towards Hofer Alpl and Völser Weiher (Lake Völs). After about 500 meters on the forest road, you reach the pond before rolling downhill through Obervöls. Via Völs am Schlern and the main road, you finally return to Tiers.

Schlern-Rosengarten Loop (Clockwise)
At the start, the route leads from Prösels via Ums to Völs and on to Seis. From there, the Seiser Alm cable car takes you up to Compatsch. Following the road towards Panorama, you pass the Edelweißhütte, Almrosenhütte, and Molignon Refuge (Schutzhaus Molignon) until you reach the Mahlknechtjoch (Pas de de Duron).
A long descent through the Duron Valley follows, bringing you down to Campitello di Fassa. Rolling along the Avisio river, you ride through the Fassa Valley to Moena, accompanied by beautiful views of the Latemar and Rosengarten mountains. After that, the most challenging section awaits: a climb of around 600 vertical meters leads up to the Karerpass (Passo Costalunga). The route then continues below the Rosengarten massif to the Niger Pass and downhill back to Tiers.

Carezza Trail
The tour starts at the top station of the Tiers convertible cable car, which brings mountain bikers straight into the impressive Rosengarten region. From the Frommer Alm, you dive right into the 4.4 km Carezza Trail. Numerous north shores, banked turns, berms, and jumps ensure a varied and thrilling ride. A dedicated section offers additional highlights such as tables, drops, and further jumps that provide even more flow and adrenaline. The trail is open from May to October and is suitable for riders with beginner to intermediate experience.
