Masaré Via Ferrata

From Berghotel Piné, take the car or bus to the valley station of the Paolina chairlift, which will take you up the mountain. From there, hike to the Rotwand refuge (Rifugio Roda di Vaèl). The path to the via ferrata starts on the right and leads to the start of the route in about an hour. The via ferrata itself is varied: alternating between climbs and descents over steel cables and ladders. At the end, a trail crosses alpine meadows back to the Rotwand refuge and from there back to the Paolina refuge.
