Santner Pass Via Ferrata

From St. Zyprian (San Cipriano), take the convertible cable car to Frommer Alm and then continue by lift up to the Kölner Hütte (Rifugio Fronza alle Coronelle). The trail begins directly above the hut, reaching the start of the via ferrata in about 20 minutes. The route leads through the heart of the Rosengarten massif and ends at the Santnerpass refuge (Rifugio Passo Santner). A spectacular panoramic view awaits you there, with particularly striking views of the Vajolet Towers. You can descend to the Preußhütte (Rifugio Preuss) and loop back to the Kölner Hütte via the Tschagerjoch pass (Passo Coronelle), or descend via the via ferrata itself.
